The museum is at 5 Lower King Street, Royston. Postcode SG8 5AL. The building is set back from the main road, through the gate and across the courtyard.
Admission is free although donations are welcome.
Charges apply for groups visiting the museum outside of the standard opening hours.
Admission charges may apply on special event days.

Royston sits at the intersection of the A10 and A505 and can be easily reached via these roads.
The nearest car park to the museum is on Princes Mews.
The nearest bus stop is The Green. Click here for information about bus routes into Royston
The museum is 500 meters / 0.3miles from Royston train station. On leaving the train station, turn right and follow the road. The museum will be on your right.
There are regular train services to and from Royston station operated by Great Northern.
Other useful information
The museum shop has a range of gifts and souvenirs as well as local history books. We also sell many wonderful knitted creations made by our own Knit and Natter group.
Food & Drink
Royston has a number of great cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy.
There is one public toilet in the museum. Other public toilets are around Royston High Street.
