Thursday 9th May
10.30am – 3.00pm
Come along to our first beginners printing press workshop. You’ll get to try something new and use the museum’s press that printed the Royston Crow newspaper back in 1855.
You’ll be guided by local artist Liz Beardwell. She’ll take you through the whole process from coming up with a design, to printing via drawing and cutting. Just bring along some ideas or take inspiration from the museum.
£25 per person, includes all materials and tea & coffee. You’ll need to provide your own lunch.
Spaces are limited so you’ll need to book in person at the museum and pay the full amount then to secure your place.
