We’re looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Museum Assistant to join our small team.

 

This role focuses on providing a warm, professional welcome to our visitors, while acting as Duty Manager - particularly during evening venue hire. You’ll ensure a positive experience for our visitors and act as the main point of contact on site. You’ll also support the Museum Director and Visitor Experience Officer with daily operations and public programming.

  • Working hours: This role includes regular evening shifts.

  • Contract: Zero-hours. While hours aren’t guaranteed, we expect an average of one evening shift per week.

  • Pay: £13 per hour​
